UP board exam started at 326 centers amid tight security

The UP Board 2023 high school and intermediate examinations started at 8 am on Thursday amid tight security. In the examination conducted in two shifts, in the first shift, the high school examination will be held and in the second shift, the intermediate examination will be held. On the first day, in the first shift, the 10th Hindi and 12th Military Science exams were held. Whereas in the second shift, the 12th exam was held in Hindi, General Hindi. Special monitoring has been kept on sensitive and hypersensitive centres.
326 examination centers have been set up in the district.
In which seven government, 90 non-government aided schools, 229 non-financed schools are included. A total of 206305 students will appear in the board examination. These include 106254 high school and 100051 intermediate students. A total of four Super Zones, 10 Zonal Magistrates, 41 Sector Magistrates and 326 Static Magistrates have been formed to keep a close watch on the examination. Along with this, more than 6000 room inspectors have been appointed. In which there are three thousand external room inspectors. CCTV cameras at the examination centers are being monitored from the control room GGIC. Have been installed. On the first day, some children took blessings from their parents, while some bowed down in the temple and prayed for better exams. The children had to face some difficulties on the first day at the examination centres. Standing outside the centres, the children kept looking at their class in the class-wise roll number chart put up outside the school. A large number of parents also came to get their children to take the exam.
